SHORT VIDEO

THEME: OPEN

Fee: USD20 or MYR80/participant

Entry Instructions:

Length: Between 5-20 minutes.
Format: MP4 format, resolution: 1920x1080, ratio: 16:9, codec: H.264, maximum size: 1.5GB.
English subtitles are required for non-English video.
Video must contain no copyright material.
Please note that the uploaded video must be an original work from the participants and it has never been sent nor a winning video from other competitions.
Video must not contain any sensitive information or materials such as violence and nudity.
Video must be uploaded to YouTube under unlisted video and participants are required to fill up the participation form with required details and include their YouTube link here: https://goo.gl/forms/m6uEEYF2nHaOR4p92 before November 23rd, 2018 by 5pm, (Malaysia time zone GMT+8).

IMPACT’18 competitions are judged by independent panels who are professionals in their fields. Hence, official results of all competitions are final. No protest will be considered.
